How do I accept this........that my loving sister, incomparable to none, an icon among ladies of her age…… that I will never see her again. My heart bleeds each day I think about this. Is this how wicked our world is? Why did God allow this? Edirin! why? Couldn't u have sensed that something was going to go wrong that evening on that route? Will all the valuable people in this country die first before the government will do what they ought to do? My «little sis» as you usually concludes her mails to me, had too many things to do, but she never compromised her job...It makes me want to ask......when did it become evil to be dedicated to your duty? When did it become evil to be focused? She calls me and says....»Jay....how far....and we talk and talk on the phone until she takes a break to continue with her job that she enjoys doing well....My dear sister, I find it really shocking that I'm actually typing these lines about you. It's a shock that I will never live without because everyday, I wait to receive a call from you and gist with you like we've always done, but looks like something terrible happened that has caught this our moments short…..May your gentle soul continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord….
Lots of love from your brother

It is inconceivable that Tina who was teasing me about coming for my wedding on 10th February passed away in January. When I heard the news, I shrugged. Yet again, death snatches away another rising star - only this time, helped by unsavoury elements in the society.
Tina was an epitome of pragmatism. She exuded the confidence of a leader and was working hard to get results. When we delved into IEEE Nigeria (Tina was coordinating UNN, and I FUTO), she was a perfect example of determination. She was a true embodiment of the «great Lioness» mantra and she lived the dream for as long as I knew her.
Rest in peace Tina, and «take kia» (as she would always tell me) in the bossom of the Lord.

Not currently living in Nigeria but would love to eventually move home, my only fear or the only thing keeping me here is the security issue in Nigeria.

I strongly support this. I heard about Clementina's death from some of her colleagues who work with me. It's sad that the people who are supposed to protect us are more concerned with their N20 extortions to think of their duty and this doesn't look like something that's going to change soon. The hoodlums have went away with Clementina's handbag, probably unaware of the murder which they committed. However, the saddest thing is that they are still at large ... and free to unleash more terror when and where they feel like it.
Unless the Lord watches over a city, the watchman watches but in vain. But when the watchmen are not even watching ... hmmm, God be with us. Amen.

This is a sad story! I cry for this country as its very obvious we do not value human lives! our leaders visit other countries and see what is obtained there yet such things can not be replicated here despite the huge revenues being generated constantly from oil & gas etc. You find a lot of areas without street lights even the third main land bridge! apart from the so called hoodlums even the policemen that are suppose to protect the nation, rob and kill innocent people! what will it take the government to put things in place and save the lives of innocent Nigerians? i shudder as i imagine the pain of her husband and her family waiting for their star to come home and shine for them! i weep for her Daughter that will one day ask where is my mummy? i pray that God will save us all from the evil of the land!

truly tis more painful to think that a wonderful woman as Clementina could be killed because of carelessness, another thought to the family she left behind and a big cry of boo to the authorities in charge and a cry of help to imortalise Clementina to the people who can help curb this menace and my hope for a better tommorrow in Lagos &Nigeria,To You Clementina, may the Prounitate Dream live on with you as an angel wacthing over your loved ones

i think this is very much needed, we've lost too many treasures to these hoodlums, its about time we make a move. I support it all d way and i believe the more we make a move, the faster things would change in our country
