It is common sense to check your resources before embarking on a journey but it is also disheartening that most individuals taking the journey into entrepreneurship do not understand the best way to access their resources so they complicate the journey by inventing a pseudo burden. “I do not have enough capital to start what I have in mind; this is why I have not ventured into this/that lucrative business.â€
Â
Â
I wonder why individuals make the above dichotomous statement; I wonder why people cannot understand that the fact that they can see a business as being lucrative is already enough capital. This is really a big issue in the minds of those interested in starting up a business. The mind comes to play again; the lens in which people view things is a major problem; the belief that enough money will automatically mean successful business.
Â
Â
Money is great but it is the last resource to be evaluated when starting a business. In the field of mechanics, it can be regarded as the oil that makes the engine runs smoothly; it is definitely not the engine but engines without oil will definitely knock. How can we then get the oil to make the engine run smoothly?
Â
Â
I love reading the account of Jesus Christ in the bible because Jesus Christ was just an ordinary man who realized his source of existence on earth. He heavily relied on his source of existence through prayers and constant communication so he was able to live with a sense of purpose and power. He knew how to solve knotty issues with practical solutions.
Â
Â
On a particular occasion, Jesus Christ was distance away from food supply and he had to feed 5000 people. Most people regard this account as a miracle and I concur. The issue I have with these people is their constant discrimination of what a miracle is; in the minds of these people, a miracle is an event that appears to be contrary to the laws of nature. The laws of nature are simply our cast-set knowledge of what the natural law is.
Â
Â
Do you know that a plane flying in the earth’s atmosphere is a miracle because it is contrary to the law of gravity? There are so many aerodynamic engineers that will refute the statement that a flying plane is a miracle. They will definitely disagree because they understand how it works; they understand how to cheat the law of gravity. Before the Wright brothers’ invention of the plane, a flying plane will surely be a miracle.
Â
Â
Propositon1: Having the knowledge of how an event takes place nullifies the event as a miracle.
Â
Â
Do you know that some people regard having a baby as a miracle? This is why there are so much merriments and jubilations associated with it. Dogs, cats, cockroaches, mice, etc give birth regularly without any due celebration. Why do we now celebrate having a baby; it is a natural thing to give birth just like waking up from sleep every day but we regard the birth of a child as a miracle. Could it be because your neighbor has been looking for a child and could not get one or could it be it took you a lot of effort to get one?
Â
Â
Proposition 2: Whatever we perceive as being difficult to attain is regarded as a miracle.
Â
Â
With these two propositions defined, it is imperative to say that Jesus Christ feeding 5000 people with five loaves and two fishes is a working knowledge that is not popular and hence perceived as being difficult to attain. The “feeding the 5000 people†event may not be easily duplicated but one could grasp the message behind it. The message is thus the best approach to raising money for business:  Â

had to write a part 2 to my response when i went thru royal princes’ which i considered spot on.
i think the more one operates in the realm of the spirit as a son of God, the more the revelation but it is pretty difficult.
by HIS GRACE, we will manifest.
thanks dipo

dear dipo
nice one dipo.
i agree with the proposition that knowledge of an issue however complicated the issue, makes it non miraculous atleast to those in the know.
however because i still cannot grasp how jesus fed the 5000, i am inclined to ascribe it a miracle.
am i right?

Hello Dipo,
“Having the knowledge of how an event takes place nullifies the event as a miracle”-Dipo.
This is a food for thought although should not be stretched further and i think that is the level where God wants His children to atain in life: Where they know and understand how to get whatever it is that they need by using the laws and principles enshrined in His Word. That is, they shld be (re)creators of thier world being made in the image and likeness of God. It is a consciousness that has to be developed!
Have you observed that Jesus was never surprised by the miracles He performed? In fact! He knew at any time what He would do. It was always the receipients, by-standers and on-lookers that were greatly surprised.
God does not consider His works as miracles but, it is we humans who do. He wants us to get to this realm but should not fail to always return the glory to HIM.
Luv U!
