Some years ago, he had opportunity and the means to own several plots of land at Allen Avenue , Ikeja, Lagos. This opportunity was wasted when he sought the opinion of his elder brother who advised him to stay clear of land matters and wondered what he was looking for inside the bush. He had the money, the area was bushy and he stayed clear. Today, Allen is a "no go area". You need to be there to understand what i am saying.
