Hi Dipo,
From your post,i can only add this saying that PAIN IS GAIN,most youth cant endure.For you to build your asset base you have to deny yourself some luxury of life(latest cars,designers perf,clothing e.tc).
The media are not helping matters,they always celebrate succes(overnight),these youth wants to live such fake lives by investing more in liabilities.
Solutin is to differentiate between liability from asset.

Many thanks for the above post. It has further stirred me up to ponder and picture in my mind your point of view.

Trully, we need to increase out asset base in order for it to take care of our expenses, instead of becoming a financial slave.

Robert T. Kiyosaki’s game: CASHFLOW is a good platform to further learn the nitty-gritty of increasing our asset.

true that, I can see my self in this light and it is so saddening and so true.

How I wish we can all live up to our means without getting ourselves into unecessary expense and debt!
