This is another eye opener. Thanks. People get involved in one business or the other without really a plan, no feasibility study, no foundation, nothing. Some do so comparing their businesses with another that is succeeding without knowing the foundation in which the business is built. Some make marginal progress while others do not. Anything in life done without a plan is bound to fail. Though you may succeed marginally, it may not be sustained.

Great post Dipo. one can not over emphasize the importance of writing an effective business plan, to succeed in today's competitive environment one must understand the process and must be disciplined to follow it through and constantly review it. This seminar is coming at the right time because no one's job is safe so everyone must plan. CFA
