Loving this write-up.

picked up quite a number of vibes from this piece but the one that gets to me the most is this line in your closing paragraph : "Get paid to have fun and contribute to others by doing that". i hold on to this the most.

Dipo, this comment is coming little late. I have not been able to access your site for some days now. I just didnt know what the problem was. Anyway, I wish to once again congratulate you on this mind-bugling write-up which is actually a continuation of the last one on The Reason People Don’t Succeed. Your core value of empowering the people and showing us how to catch fish rather than feeding us with fish is appreciated.
Indeed, past unfortunate encounters will definitely influence the way one sees the present. If a man has been repeated betrayed by ladies, he sees all ladies as the same. It is natural. Someone may choose to remain single after repeated betrayals with their supposedly loved ones. It actually takes the Grace of God to turn hatred to love and unbelief to belief. To achieve a pure belief in the midst of persistent disappointment is possible but sounds doubtful except with God’s intervention. One’s environment influences his/her thinking and behaviour. An average Nigerian is myopic and gets associated with most ventures just for the immediate financial benefit and forgetting the long-term benefit which should be paramount. Money should be seen as a means to an end and not an end in itself.
In an effort to identify my core identify, I closely understudied the success secrets of one of the successful businessmen in Nigeria. I discovered that he was also human, falling and rising, has a dodged spirit with an ability to leverage on people’s skills to attain greatness. I also discovered something which is common to most businessmen in Nigeria – greed and not realizing that the sky is wide enough to accommodate everyone.

I can't seem to get enough of you.

Thanks for this

"We are called to influence our immediate environ but we fail at this bitterly choosing to cast blames on external influence. Our success is limited because we are a product of «suspension of disbelief»; we do not know who we really are and what we really want. We carry on everyday with two versions of ourselves; the identity we walk around with which I would call the shell identity e.g. I am a banker; I work for XYZ Company; I drive a Honda SUV, etc and the identity we truly want to be which I would call the core identity e.g. I want to be an entrepreneur; I am suppose to be acting; I want to travel the world."

I have both buried in me and i strive to make them better
