I travelled for some few days, knowing full well that the car battery would have depleted when I got back; I took the electromate 400 from the trunk of the car to jump start the engine. As I opened the bonnet of the car, I saw a very huge rat and to my surprise I saw myself in a panic-stricken state. The rat, which was also obviously scared, ran through the engine down the compound. The first thing that hit me was my reaction; I had always prided myself as a bold and audacious person but to be totally shaken by a rat was really enlightening to me.

I have been giving this Plan B thing some thought and have been wondering how effective it actually is. What we mostly regard as Plan B is an investment with passive involvement thus the term; “passive income” but can anything tangible actually evolve from a passive involvement? Yeah, if you are interested in having series of passive income from various sources and this can be quite complex except you are born a “wild oat” but we all (a majority of us) want to live a simple life and contribute the best we can to the world and generation to come.

Ok, I copied the subject-head from the “penny wise, pound foolish” mantra (beat me). On a serious note, I read something that caught my interest on MSN recently and the caption read: “8 Lottery millionaires become poor” and if by mere coincidence, I started seeing various stories talking about how people came into so much money and lost everything. Kind of crazy, Right? Wrong! We all come into money and lose it but it ultimately depends on how we perceive the money we come into. The only reason why these guys make news is because the money they made was huge relative to what an average person owns and the money kind of came to them on a platter of gold.
