    The Good Old DAYS

Average time to read6:34 minutes aprox.

There is nothing that hinders success more than the reminiscent of the success of yesterday ‫ we refer to these successful times as the good old days. These good old days depicts in our minds a sort of pseudo happiness ‫ a time when things were quite easy. The thought of these “good old days” comes to our minds when we are facing difficulties ‫ a troubled marriage inspires the thoughts of honeymoon; a man that has not gotten ahead in business thinks of the time when he was working his white-collar job and wishes with all his heart he could find himself back at work; a jobless lady remembers vividly her undergraduate days when she was respected and revered...

    The Need to PRAY Right

Average time to read3:20 minutes aprox.

Last week Tuesday, my dad passed away in the hospital; he lived his life for the development of others sacrificing his own personal comfort for the success of others. So when I was faced with either attending the speaking engagement for the Youth Corpers Passing Away in Delta State or just staying at home to mourn him, I chose the former to fulfill his legacy. The flight to Benin was smooth but the conversations that went through my heart took a different direction ‫ many of us are destined to die but what we leave behind is what really counts. Since most of us do not keep the end in view when taking decision, we tend to focus too...

    The LION King

Average time to read2:59 minutes aprox.

My daughter is always insisting on watching cartoons; my wife insists on Africa Magic and I have no say on what to watch but grudgingly sit still to watch what they want. It’s always good not to usurp your “Head of the House” power because if you take time to review what they want, you may gain far more from them than you can imagine. This was what happened when I was watching the Disney Classic ‫ The Lion King. The way the lion was depicted was worth reviewing and the characters of the lion worth integrating. I realized that the lion is not the smartest of all the animals neither is it the fastest, the strongest, the biggest...

    David vs. Daniel

Average time to read1:57 minutes aprox.

The more I meditate on financial freedom for all, the more it appears like an illusion; an unattainable reach. “The poor we would always have” is a statement made by Jesus Christ. In making this statement, Jesus attacked the mindset of always trying to save everybody from being poor. In a recent speaking engagement to a Christian body, I was challenged by one of the delegates on wealth creation. The challenge itself was a welcome development because of the docile attitudes of the average Christians but the premise in which the challenge stemmed from was the same mindset of the disciples who saw an expensive perfume poured on the feet of Jesus. The greatest issue we have as descendants...

    2 Talks AND 1 Weekend

Average time to read4:36 minutes aprox.

The plane was jerking rigorously on my way to Enugu and for a split second, I thought the end had come until I remember that I really had nothing to worry about: I was on purpose to once again teach on financial freedom. The night prior to this event was unusual because I discovered something crucial while talking at Glory Christian Center (GCC); Dipo: How many of you want to wealthy? Response: 99% of the crowd stood up. Dipo: Who can define wealth for me? Response: All the responses I got were fuzzy save one. Now, this particular response was an issue for me because if you don’t have a picture of where...

    Baba IJEBU

Average time to read5:30 minutes aprox.

Shock actually begets me when I reviewed the data from a Microfinance research on business outfits with the highest weekly turnover in my area (which I can regard as a suburb). I could see the relevant of this type of research to a Microfinance bank whose sole interest is in preventing bad loans but for someone like me; my primary focus is in the right business to invest in. the data was actually revealing with Church ranked as number one business outfit with the highest weekly turnover and Baba Ijebu was ranked number 2. My assumptions of peoples’ need prior to reading this research was very wrong; I realize that it is these assumptions...

    THE FINAL BREAK

Average time to read3:37 minutes aprox.

Ok, I decided to take a one-week break from all my business activities only to resume today to a hacked site. Wow! Humans can decide to be frigging wicked whenever they have the power to. Well, no need to dwell on the negative; I would just have to rebuild my site again. My week off was spent watching all kinds of serial program from The Complete Apprentice Season 8 to the Complete 7th Season of 24 down to the complete Season 4 of Prison Break with the final “not-yet released” Final Break (to be released July 21st) which happens to be the last chapter of the Prison Break except they bring Michael Scofield back from the dead. ...
