Since last year, we have had 100% success at the IASSC Certified Black Belt (ICBB) exam. I have been uber busy this month of February, coaching 3 Lean Six Sigma candidates to obtain their credentials at first try. Once we made the promise to guarantee our trainees a “Pass at First Attempt”, it has been hard work and pressure all the way to deliver. In reality, helping these trainees to achieve their career dreams, has helped me achieve mine – it has helped me develop myself in ways that I cannot begin to enumerate.
